The proper care was not given to this flat roof for years. By a stroke of luck, not all roof
screws were loose and thus minimal water damage occurred.

In this case waterproofing for the flat roof was urgently needed. Membranes and paint covering

It was suggested that the roof must be cleaned properly. Roof repairs will consist of replacing
and repairing of all timber and replacing of all loose fasteners. The roof can then be

Work which was done
Cleaning of the roof of all dust and debris with a high power hose. Replace the broken and
damaged roof timber. Inspect all fasteners and replacement where necessary. Waterproof the
flashing, fasteners and plumbers vents. Seal of the roof with a good coat of UV resistant
paint to protect it from the weather.
